WODN STUDIO · OPERATOR TOOLS
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026.
Wodn Studio operates Wodn Marketing. This policy describes the local authentication tool currently implemented.
Data accessed: the operator's Google account email address and email-verification status, OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and granted permission information. The requested permissions are email-address identification and Gmail send permission. Inbox reading and message deletion permissions are not requested.
Use: account information is used to confirm the expected operator account. Tokens are used to authenticate with Google and verify that access can be renewed. The current tool does not read message content or send email. Any future sending feature must be documented before activation.
Storage: client credentials and the refresh token are stored in a local environment file on the operator's computer. Access tokens are used in process memory. The tool does not print token values in its normal logs. Local files rely on the computer's access controls and are not described as encrypted by this application.
Sharing: credentials are exchanged with Google's OAuth services, and an access token is sent to Google's user-information service for account verification. The tool does not intentionally transfer Google user data to an advertising platform, analytics service, or AI model provider. Google user data is not sold or used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Retention and control: the operator can revoke the app's access from Google Account connections and remove locally stored credentials. Deleting a local file alone does not revoke Google's authorization. Local backups, if any, must be managed separately by the operator.
Wodn Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
